On your Profile page, you can Change your Password, Terminate Your Account (unless you're a member of a Cartel), and turn Auto Refresh on or off. Auto Refresh refreshes the My Fleet, Driver lounge, Shipping (screen) and Crew lounge screens every 2 minutes with a javascript timer.
