A Free Account an account that is not upgraded to a Premium Account. It has the following limits:

• You cannot upgrade your Headquarters beyond level 7, giving you a maximal of 15 drivers.
• You cannot upgrade your Passenger Terminal beyond level 2.
• You cannot purchase trains.
• You cannot participate in Shipping.
