Driver

Drivers are the people who operate your vehicles. They have charisma, can be skilled at mechanics and can hold up to three licences. Each driver also has a level of reliability.

Hire a driver
There are two ways to hire a driver. The fastest way is to visit the Driver Lounge, and hire one there. The other way is to first purchase a vehicle. Once you've got a vehicle, you can assign it a driver from the fleet screen, which will allow you to hire a new driver if you don't have a driver capable of operating the vehicle.
Driver Details
The information concerning a driver can be accessed from the fleet screen. By moving your mouse over a portrait, a pop-up will show you a summary of the drivers skills, licences and fatigue. If a driver isn't busy, you can view the driver details by selecting 'Driver'. This will allow you to remove the driver from the vehicle, or to train them in Mechanics or Charisma. Note that Reliability cannot be trained, it increases over time on its own.
If you wish to train your driver for another license, you have to remove them from the vehicle first.
Work
A driver can work 8 hours a day. The last job can exceed that limit. However, if you do go over the limit, you run the risk of being fined by The Transit Authority.
Fire a driver
You can fire a driver from the Driver details screen. Note you cannot fire a driver you just hired, and you cannot fire a driver that has already worked for you today.
Salary
Drivers are paid every 24 hours on an hourly rate. For each hour, or part hour they work they get an hours wages.
